Returns are only applicable within 5 days after delivering the order only if there is any defect or damage in the product.However, we make sure that all the products dispatched meets with a 100% quality check.

For any return, customers are required to mail at support@tresloudon.com or call us at 033 4006 8006.

Refunds will take 15 days to issue once we receive the product. The refund will be initiated only if the product is defective or damaged.

Returns will not be generated if the product is stitched.

Refunds and transfers are subject to banks and local laws.

Exchange for reasons such as colour mismatch or exchanges for size are not permissible.

In the unlikely event, if the product arrives defective or damaged you should email us a photo of the same product.

There is no exchange / return for international shipments, due to logistics and customs challenges.
